I have removed personal items from the said vehicle and have left my vehicle in the care and custody of Cruise Control Transportation, Inc. I understand that I cannot remove anything affixed to the vehicle, such as stereos, speakers, wheels, license plates, etc., until the insurance, owner, authorized agent or custodian has arranged payment, and/or charges are paid in full. Cruise Control Transportation is storing my vehicle while awaiting appraisal by my insurance provider. I also understand that Cruise Control Transportation will not release my vehicle without my written consent. I further understand that I am being charged $35.00 per day outdoor storage, plus the costs of towing, registered letter fees, and any other costs incurred relating to the storage and care of said vehicle. Cruise Control Transportation reserves the right to seek full payment in the courts if payment is not made in full by either the insurance provider and/or owner, authorized agent or custodian. Cruise Control Transportation also reserves the right to contact the insurance provider in regards to direct payment being issued to Cruise Control Transportation for towing, storage, and all related fees.
